These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into between GO&T Your Home, a professional home organising and decluttering service ("GO&T Your Home," "us," or "our") and the client ("you" or "your") who hires our service. By agreeing to and engaging in our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Service

GO&T Your Home provides a professional home organisation service, which may include but is not limited to:

• Decluttering

• Organising a space (e.g., kitchen, cupboard, garage, home office)

• Providing storage solutions and organisational systems

• Personalised organisation advice and strategy

• Assistance with donation or disposal of unwanted items

Our service is tailored to meet the needs of your space and is subject to the specifics agreed upon during the consultation phase.

2. Booking & Payment

• Booking: To book our service, a consultation may be required, either in person or via a telephone call or virtual meeting. After the consultation, GO&T Your Home will provide you with a summary of the consultation, via email.

• Payment Terms: Full payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon. GO&T Your Home accepts bank transfer or cash in hand.

• Additional Cost: Any additional cost (e.g., purchasing of storage, organising supplies, parking fee, and travel) will be discussed and agreed upon in advance. This will be invoiced at the same time as service payments.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellation: If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. A cancellation made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may result in a cancellation fee of 50%.

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule an appointment with at least 48 hours' notice. GO&T Your Home will do its best to accommodate your new preferred date and time, subject to availability.

4. Client Responsibility

• Access: You must ensure that GO&T Your Home has access to the space to be organised, including keys or access codes, if necessary.

• Pre-Session Preparation: While GO&T Your Home will assist with decluttering and organising, it is expected that you have made the decision to part with any unwanted items prior to our session. GO&T Your Home will not be responsible for deciding on behalf of the client, whether an item should be kept or discarded, although we will provide guidance during the process.

• Pet: If you have a pet, please ensure that it is safely secured during our visit. If you keep arachnids or snakes in the area where the services will be carried out, this must disclosed prior to my visit.

• Health and Safety: You are responsible for ensuring that the work environment is safe for GO&T Your Home staff. If GO&T Your Home encounters any hazardous material or unsafe condition, we reserve the right to cease work immediately and reschedule.

5. Confidentiality

GO&T Your Home values your privacy. Any personal or sensitive information shared with us during our work will be kept confidential and will not be shared with a third party unless required by law or specifically agreed upon.

6. Liability and Insurance

• Damage: While GO&T Your Home takes great care in handling your belongings, we are not responsible for any damage to a fragile or valuable item that was not disclosed to us in advance. We recommend that you inform GO&T Your Home of any valuable or delicate item prior to the session.

• Insurance: GO&T Your Home carries liability insurance to protect both you and our staff in the event of any accident or damage that may occur while providing our service. However, you are responsible for insuring your personal item.

• Force Majeure: GO&T Your Home is not responsible for a delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as a natural disaster, transportation disruption, or other unforeseen event.

7. Conduct & Behaviour

GO&T Your Home is committed to maintaining a professional and respectful relationship with each client. We expect the same courtesy and professionalism from you. If any client behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive, GO&T Your Home reserves the right to terminate service immediately with no refund.

8. Photographs and Video Recordings

GO&T Your Home may capture before and after photographs and/or video recordings of the workspace during the session for the purpose of documenting the progress made.

If you do not wish for any photographs or video recordings to be taken during the session, whether for your own review or otherwise, this must be stated in writing prior to work commencing.

Following the session, a limited selection of images or recordings will be provided to you for review. All remaining photographs and video clips will be permanently deleted and will not be retained by GO&T Your Home.

Should GO&T Your Home wish to use any of the selected images or recordings for social media, marketing, or promotional purposes, your explicit consent will be requested. No photographs or video clips of your home or session will be shared publicly without your consent.

9. Termination of Service

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice. In the event of termination, you will be required to pay for any service rendered up to that point, including any incurred cost.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the

United Kingdom and any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of the United Kingdom.

11. Amendment

GO&T Your Home reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Any change will be communicated to you and will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our service after any change indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
