The Conversation Flow:
- Introduce myself and GO&T Your Home
- Ask you a couple of questions to ensure that GO&T Your Home can help you in the best and right way possible.
- If you haven't done so, ask you to switch on your camera and show me the area in question. We ask you do no pre-tidying before, this helps us see really how you are utilising the area and what the deep root of the issue is.
Consultation Follow-up:
- GO&T Your Home will send you a summary of what was discussed alongside a service contract (See Terms & Conditions).
- If you wish to proceed with our services, simply return the service contract by replying to the email.
- We will then get in touch to confirm a date and time.
Whilst we hope that you choose to go with us, there is no obligation, during or after this free consultation, to accept our services further.
3. on the day
We arrive at your home and get to work.

To save your clutter going to landfill, we prefer to donate or give away your items at first. If this is not feasible, we try to recycle your items. Only as a last resort, would we then dispose of your items.
GO&T Your Home will never force you to get rid of items. It is 100% your decision.
