Hi, I’m Louise, I founded GO&T Your Home to help people create the home they want, through judgment‑free organising and decluttering.

My career didn’t begin in home organisation. Originally, I trained as an analytical chemist after completing my Masters in Chemistry. However, as my anxiety increased, so did the clutter in my home. Hosting guests meant tidying for days in advance, and each time I promised myself I wouldn’t let my house get so stressful again.

The only way forward for me, was to go slow. So over the course of a year, I donated, recycled, and responsibly disposed of the belongings that were weighing me down. Item by item, weekend by weekend, my home started to become a space that supported me rather than stressed me — and I was finally able to keep my promise to myself.

That experience shaped everything I do now. I created GO&T Your Home to help others move forward one manageable step at a time, without shame, pressure, or judgement.
