Decluttering isn’t about getting rid of everything—it’s about making intentional decisions to keep what truly matters. Everyone approaches this process differently. Some people can make snap decisions, confidently knowing what stays and what goes. Others need more time, sitting with the idea to see if letting go feels right. However you work best, we support you at your pace.
Throughout the decluttering process, your involvement is essential. You must be present 100% of the time, as only you can decide which items should stay and which should go. We provide guidance and support, but we cannot make disposal decisions on your behalf.
In most cases, decluttering is always recommended. Otherwise, it’s just organising mess, and you still have to find time to maintain all those items. By taking the time now to ensure that everything in your home is truly what you need, you give yourself time back in the future — less sorting, less upkeep, and more room for the things that truly matter.
When you decide it’s time to let something go, we handle the next steps with care. If an item fits in my car and is not hazardous, I’ll take it away for you. To align with our sustainability goals, we prioritise donating items whenever possible. If donation isn’t an option, we look to recycle, and only as a last resort, dispose of items responsibly.
Whenever feasible, recycling and disposal are carried out at your home first.
